    It is an interesting book. If you like running you will find the reason why you run. If you does not you will appreciate the story about a crazy run held in Mexico in Cropper Canyon with 25 runners, each one with an experience and a different reason why he runs. In this book there are many infos about our body, our "brain", our history and from where come the men.

    Veramente un bel libro, piacevolissima lettura, che è riuscita addirittura ad incastrarsi nei pochi momenti liberi della giornata...mi manca gia!
